One Year Frame Warranty

For all frames purchased at Wink Optometry, we will replace them free of charge if they break due to non-intentional damage. The damage must be proven to result from a manufacturer defect, not from neglect or improper care.

Lens Warranty

All lenses purchased at Wink Optometry come with a 1 or 2-year manufacturer’s warranty, depending on the lens brand. If the lenses are damaged due to a manufacturer’s defect, we will replace them free of charge. This includes damage such as scratches (non-intentional), crazing (coatings breaking down prematurely), or other defects.

Doctor’s Prescription Change

For all prescription glasses purchased at Wink, if you cannot adapt to the prescription, we will allow one change to the same lens or an upgrade (at the client’s expense) if our optometrist or another optometrist determines a prescription adjustment is needed.

Clients who are not patients of Wink Optometry will be charged for prescription checks. However, Wink patients receive complimentary prescription checks within 1 month for single vision lenses and 90 days for progressives.

For children aged 12 and under, prescription changes can be made within 6 months of the purchase.
